How do I process a return or exchange?

We've Made Processing a Return or Exchange as Hassle Free and Risk Free as Possible.
If the shoe you ordered is not to your liking we will exchange it or you can return it at no extra charge. We will even arrange a free collection from the address to which we delivered. We will also re-deliver a second pair at no extra charge.
Should you require another return or exchange you will only be charged the actual cost to us by our service provider for the delivery. No sneaky handling fees or extra charges!
3 Simple Steps To Follow For a Return:
1. Email us requesting a return to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We will arrange the collection and confirm a time our courier's can collect.
2. Download our returns form over here. Print it out, fill it in and hand it to the courrier when they arrive. Keep a copy of their waybill with your proof it has been collected.
3. Order a new pair from the website without paying. If we have no stock you can request a refund.
But How Long Will This Take?
Collections are usually made within 2-3 working days.
As soon as we have your return an it has been inspected to be returned to stock we will release your new order. usually within 2 days.
Refunds can take up to 7 working days.
